
Kathy has been cooking and baking for the past 20 years. She served her apprenticeship under Chef Hubert
Seifert, one of Columbus' most renowned chefs.
After her school and training, she went on to own a gourmet wholesale bakery and a small luncheonette.
She was awarded a Silver Medal at the ACF National Competition in Chicago as well as "The Most Creative" in a
local chocolate competition.
